Sergei is a practicing Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with significant domestic and international high value class action and competition disputes experience as well as complex dispute resolution (ADR), general commercial and civil litigation experience. Sergei was recognised as top 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers, Lawdragon, 2024.

Such experience has been effectively applied in the sectors of private practice, litigation finance and insurance. He has been asked to use his specialized knowledge and skills in the capacity of an expert witness and he has also been instrumental in helping develop and inform the use of leading custom built AI algorithms technology on proprietary structured data platforms from public and private sources for risk assessment and management purposes in the relevant sectors.

Sergei has been involved in some of the leading and precedent setting landmark cases in the U.K., including class actions and antitrust suits with a truly global reach. Having worked for the likes of international law firms Dentons and Eversheds in private practice, global litigation funder Burford Capital (UK) and Ferguson, Sergei has held high ranking posts as Partner, Managing Director and CIO, as well as Senior Underwriter in the insurance sector.
