Our Corporate Social Responsibility ('CSR') company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the community and society as it gives to us.

Policy Statement:

Pure Equitas is committed to operating its business in a manner that is both sensitive and responsible with proper regard to its legal obligations and according to relevant directions, regulations and codes of practice. It is also committed to taking account of economics, social and environmental impacts.

Our company acknowledges and believes sustainability touches on every aspect of our work ‐ and that we should integrate the concept of sustainability and ethics across everything we do. This is the basis for our commitment to our CSR approach, specifically:

Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

The Company recognizes that its operations affect the communities and environment in which it operates. In light of this, the company is committed to operating in a socially responsible manner, supporting a number of local communities and social causes, as well as running its operation in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Scope

This CSR Policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners.

Our company’s social responsibility falls under two distinct categories: compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

Compliance

a) Legality

We'll always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. The company is committed to doing the right thing, conducting ourselves in a legal, ethical, and trustworthy manner, upholding our regulatory obligations and complying with both the letter and spirit of our business policies. Our company will:

b) Business ethics

Our company provides mechanisms to prevent dishonest or unethical conduct, and fosters a culture of honesty and accountability. We'll promote:

Proactiveness

Client care

We will look after our customers and partners to make sure that they have a positive and lasting experience and impression of our business. In this section, you could refer to any of the following through clear communication and service so as to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Donations and aid

Our company may preserve a budget to make monetary donations. These donations will aim to:

  • Alleviate those in need.

Volunteering

Our company will encourage its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally. Our company may sponsor volunteering events from other organizations.

Protecting the environment

Our company is committed to the United Nations Global Compact. We'll readily act to promote our identity as a socially aware and responsible business. Management must communicate this policy on all levels. Managers are also responsible for resolving any CSR issues.

Governance of Our CSR Policy

Our Principal oversees our CSR program.

We will dedicate adequate staff and resources to carrying out and reporting on our CSR initiatives.

We will involve all employees in the CSR program, empower them to take action, and ensure they can fulfil their responsibilities through awareness‐raising, information and training.

We will establish and maintain a documented CSR management system. We will set objectives and targets, report on performance regularly, and conduct management reviews.

Continuous Improvement

We strive for continuous improvement in areas that are under our direct control. Where we do not exercise direct control (e.g. with suppliers, contractors and building management/co‐occupants) we will make best efforts to influence sustainability performance.
